Is Coffee Any Good For Us?

Is Coffee Any Good For Us?

Safe or Harmful Beverage?

The health effects of coffee are quite controversial. Depending on who you ask, it is either a super healthy beverage or incredibly harmful. But despite what you may have heard, there are actually plenty of good things to be said about coffee. For example, it is high in antioxidants and linked to a reduced risk of many diseases. However… it also contains caffeine, a stimulant that can cause problems in some people and disrupt sleep.

But there is a new coffee which is now available in the UK that has been proven by scientists to be good for us and is huge in the US.

Organo Gold is the fastest growing home-based business in the world and it produces a number of gourmet coffee and teas that all contain the active ingredient Ganoderma. Known in Chinese medicine as the “King of Herbs” it contains a number of active ingredients which make it a true superfood. It’s so beneficial for ensuring good health, preventing illness and promoting overall well-being and even fighting cancer.

So what is Ganoderma?

Ganoderma is a nitrate donor which means it contains a lot of the chemical which the body uses to make Nitric Oxide. As the Organo Gold products all contain 100% certified organic Ganoderma, it also makes it the perfect pre-work workout drink.

Nitric Oxide is one of the most important molecules in the human body because it’s what signals the walls of blood vessels to relax. The result? Better circulation, better blood flow – meaning better oxygenation of the tissues, better recovery and less energy needed for the same result. The same chemical supercharges sexual function and improves brain function (memory, focus, motor learning). These products also promote alkalinity within the body. Ganoderma has been shown to help restore an alkaline state as it contains a high concentration of Alkaloids. Exercise and movement create acid. If this imbalance is left unchecked, the body doesn’t function properly – we lose energy and get sick.

It’s incredible how drinking these products can make such an incredible difference to you

So my top tips for this week is:

  • Drink tea and coffee in moderation
  • Avoid full-fat milk especially lattes as they are highly calorific
  • Do not drink coffee or tea too late at night as it may keep you awake
  • Try Organo Gold, it’s Health benefits have been proven by scientists all over the World
